Happy to plan the Apple Maps setup for Velvet Fern Florist. Before I build the setup sheet, I need five things. I will not guess any of them, because each one goes onto a live listing.
- org_status: Is your organization already signed up and verified in Apple Business, yes or no? If no, I will list the verification steps (two methods, and review may take as long as five business days).
- locations: For each shop, send the signage name exactly as it appears on the storefront, address, phone with country code, website, hours, and status (Open or Opening Soon). If a shop is not open yet, add its opening date. I need the signage name to check the display name against Apple's name rules.
- categories: The categories you want me to consider for each location. I pick the primary one from your list and up to 19 more, so I cannot choose without your candidates.
- about_facts: The facts the About text may use, such as what you sell and services you offer. I write About text only from these, so nothing is made up.
- submit_date: The date you plan to submit. I use it to check any opening date against the six month Opening Soon limit.
Optional: access to Apple Business (Brands, Locations). If you do not connect it, I will work only from what you paste. With it, I could compare your existing location info to the sheet.
Nothing gets added, claimed or submitted until you approve that specific step.
