Before I score this, two things need sorting out, because both change the result:
- The brief looks cut off. The Sources line ends mid sentence: "see the doc from last quarter and the". Please paste the rest of the brief. Also send the doc itself or a link to it, since "the doc from last quarter" isn't something a new writer can find. If more lines follow (goal, word count, due date, approver), I need those too. Scoring a partial brief would mark items as missing that might be there.
- Which checklist? You mentioned your editorial checklist. Paste it and I'll score against it. If you'd rather not, I'll use my default 10 points: working title, audience, one goal or CTA, keyword and intent, angle, outline with H2s, sources or SMEs, word count, internal links, and due date with approver.
Defaults I'll use unless you tell me otherwise: - Writer level: new writer, as you said, so I'll hold the brief to a higher bar for clarity. - Target keyword: "standing desk", as stated in the brief.
