I can check your name, address and phone across listings, but I need two things before I start, and the move makes the first one important.
- Reference NAP (required): the business name, new address and phone exactly as they should read. Tell me if your website and Google Business Profile both show this now. Why: every listing is compared against it, and if the two disagree I need you to pick one.
- Listings (required): for each site, the URL plus the name, address and phone exactly as shown. A citation tracker export (for example from BrightLocal or Whitespark) works. Why: I can only compare what I can see; I won't guess which sites list you.
- Old address and phone (optional): what you used before the move. Default: none; I will flag every mismatch without saying whether it is the old one.
Then I will mark each field Exact, Format only or Different and list fixes in order. "Fix it" means editing third party sites, so each edit waits for your OK; I won't change anything myself.
