Happy to write this for Ironbark Fitness. Before I start, I need three things. I will not guess them, because each one changes the emails.
-
brand_facts (required): I have the brand name, Ironbark Fitness. Please add what members buy (for example a monthly membership, classes or personal training) and the sender name for the email. The intro line and the signature come from these.
-
rated_thing (required): What should members rate: Ironbark Fitness as a whole, or one product or service, such as a class type or personal training? This sets the wording of the standard question: "How likely are you to recommend [us] to a friend or colleague?" on a 0 to 10 scale.
-
group_actions (required): What will your team actually do for each group?
- Promoters (9 to 10): for example a thank you, or a request you will really make
- Passives (7 to 8): what you will offer or ask
- Detractors (0 to 6): who follows up and how
Each follow-up email is built only from these actions. If a group has no action, I will ask rather than invent an offer.
Optional: - scores: Default is none, so no NPS is computed. If you paste collected scores, one per row with an ID, I will count promoters, passives and detractors by script and show NPS as promoter share minus detractor share.
Also tell me if you want an optional second question asking the main reason for the score. It would be labeled as my addition, not part of the standard question.
Nothing will be sent. I will wait for your approval before any survey or follow-up goes out.
