I can code your churn comments into a codebook with counts and quotes. Before I start, I need two things first:
- The question (required): the exact question text these answers respond to. Why: I code one question at a time, and the wording decides what a code means.
- Responses with IDs (required): every response verbatim, each with an ID (for example a row number from your export). Why: each code cites example IDs and every response must be coded somewhere, so I need to trace each one back. The comments you pasted have no IDs, and I can't tell if they are the full set.
Optional, with defaults: - Codebook: an existing one to apply. Default: I build one from the responses. - Segment: a column to split by, such as plan. Default: no split.
A note on size: with only a handful of comments, shares per code would rest on very few responses, so I would report counts with that caveat rather than draw comparisons. Once I have the full set, you get a codebook, coded responses, counts and shares by script, quotes and a suggested second coder check.
