I can work out new daily budgets for the rest of the month, but I need a few details first, because each one changes the numbers.
Required: 1. Per campaign: average daily budget and month to date cost for Brand, Generic, Shopping and the Display campaign. "About 15k" in total is not enough: I project each campaign from its own numbers and then add them up. 2. The month and whether the 18th is complete. You said it is the 18th. Which month, so I know how many days it has? Does the cost include all of the 18th, or only part of it? 3. The budget. Is 20k exactly $20,000.00, is it for all four campaigns including Display, and is it a hard cap? If it is a hard cap, I will check that the month end limit Google applies after a budget change stays at or under it.
Unclear item: - The Display campaign someone added. Should it be in the plan at its current budget, or is it a candidate to pause? I will not cut or pause it on my own.
Defaults for the optional items: - Split rule: remaining budget shared in proportion to each campaign's month to date cost. - Priority: no campaign protected from cuts. Name any you want kept whole, for example Brand.
Once I have these I will return the pacing summary, a campaign table with each projection shown, proposed daily budgets that add up to the remaining budget or less, and the limits and risks. Any campaign cut below half its current budget will be flagged for you. I will not change any budget in the account.
