I can write review request texts for you, but not the program as described: two parts break review rules, and some inputs are missing.
What I will not do, and why: 1. Ask only people who rated you 4 or 5. That is review gating. Google's Maps content policy prohibits selectively soliciting positive reviews, so the program asks everyone who meets the trigger. 2. $10 off for a 5 star review. The FTC rule at 16 CFR Part 465 bans incentives conditioned on a review with a particular sentiment, and Google's policy prohibits offering anything in exchange for a review. I will leave the discount out of every message.
Required: 1. Business facts. The business name customers know, the service, and the sender's name. Your link suggests "smileworks"; please confirm the name. 2. The full review link. "g.page/smileworks" needs to be the full link starting with https:// from your Business Profile. 3. The trigger. The event after which a customer is asked, for example visit completed or invoice paid. 4. Consent per channel. Did customers agree to receive texts from you? I will not write SMS copy for a list without confirmed consent. Is email also in scope, and with what consent?
Defaults for optional items: - Reminder: one, 3 days later, to people who have not left a review if your tool can tell; if it only tracks clicks, to people who did not click; if it tracks neither, I will ask before writing one. - Timing: SMS the same day as the trigger, email the next morning. - Incentive: none.
