I can help track down the indexing problem. I can't crawl example-store.test from here, so I need two things before I start:
- A crawl export as a CSV from Screaming Frog or any crawler, with these columns per URL: status code, indexability, canonical, redirect target, title, meta description, word count and inlinks. If your crawler leaves some out, send it anyway; I'll list which checks I couldn't do.
- Your site type: ecommerce, SaaS, publisher, local business or other? The domain suggests ecommerce, but please confirm.
These make an indexing audit much sharper: - The Search Console Pages (indexing) report as a CSV, which shows what Google has actually excluded and why. - Which URL folders earn revenue or leads, so those fixes come first. - Dev hours per sprint for SEO, so I can fit the plan to it.
Can you send the crawl export and confirm the site type? You'll get a ranked fix list with owner, effort and how to verify each fix. I won't recommend removing, noindexing or redirecting any important page without showing you first.
