Required, missing: 1. reviews: paste each review with its ID, stars, date and full text. I reply only to what you paste, and I check every review for a valid flag reason, so I need the exact wording. You said "bad" reviews; tell me which star levels you mean, or paste them all. 2. business_facts: what a reply may say, such as your real policies, fixes you have actually made, and the support contact path (for example [your support email or page]). Every claim in a reply must come from these facts, so without them I would have to invent details, which I will not do.
Optional, defaults I will use: - owner_wishes: default none. If you want to offer something, say what. Note that Trustpilot does not allow incentives tied to writing or editing a review, or pressure to change or delete one, so I will decline any offer framed that way. - tone: default plain and polite. Share a few voice notes if you want replies to sound more like you.
Good to know now: - A low star rating or criticism is not a reason to flag. Trustpilot says disliking a review is "not a valid reason for flagging". I only flag for a listed reason, such as personal information, advertising, not a genuine experience or the wrong business, and I quote the part that fits. - Nothing gets posted or flagged without your approval, review by review.
