Before I audit, I need a few things. I have no page data yet, and "important pages" and "junk" depend on your call, so I will not guess.
- Page list (required). For each page: slug, type (static, CMS template or CMS item), title tag, meta description, and whether Sitemap indexing is on or off. A copied table is best. A screenshot of one page's settings covers only that page.
- Site settings (required): is Auto-generate sitemap Yes or No (Site settings > SEO tab > Sitemap section), is Staging indexing on or off (Site settings > SEO > Indexing), and the full robots.txt text. Why: the Sitemap indexing toggle only works when the auto sitemap is on.
- Index intent (required): in your own words, which pages or collections should be in search, and which should not. Example: "index home, pricing, all blog posts; hide thank-you pages". I will not decide what counts as junk.
- Plan (optional): your Site plan name. Default if you skip it: I mark CMS item indexing as "check your plan", since Webflow says it is only on paid Site plans.
About publishing: I will not publish or change settings. Once you approve the fix list, the publishing step stays marked HELD until you say go for that exact list.
