Happy to write the reminder emails for the Northgate Analytics webinar. A few required details are missing, so I am stopping here until you send them.
Required, missing: 1. webinar_facts: title, date, start time and time zone, speakers, agenda and registration link. Every line in the emails comes from these facts, and reminder timing is set from the start time. "Next week" is not enough to place a send. 2. zoom_setup: is registration required (yes or no), which Zoom plan you are on, and are you an admin or a host. Zoom says its reminder emails are "only sent when webinar registration is required". The plan and your role decide what you can change, such as the From field or the built-in email text. If you use a tool other than Zoom Webinars, tell me; its timing options are not confirmed in the sources. 3. audience: who is invited. This sets the voice and what each email stresses. 4. wanted_sends: which emails you want and when. Zoom reminders can go 1 hour, 1 day or 1 week before the start. Any other timing has to go through your own email tool, so I need your exact timings to map each send. Tell me too if you also want an invitation or follow-ups.
Optional, default I will use: - recording_plan: default is that no recording is mentioned. If you plan to share one, say whether and when, so the emails can say so without promising a date you have not set.
